All fees, commissions, and franchise charges are communicated in writing and are generally non-refundable.
JRK is responsible for offering accurate guidance, protecting client data, and providing franchise support as per agreement, while clients and franchisees must provide truthful information and follow all policies. JRK maintains confidentiality of all personal and business information except where legally required. JRK is not liable for decisions made by embassies, universities, or government agencies.
